Danny Smith: Lead Pastor

Pastor Danny and His family were called to CrossPoint in March of 2009. Pastor Danny earned his Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies from Central Baptist College in Conway, Arkansas as well as earning a Master's of Divinity from Mid America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis, Tennessee. Pastor Danny has been married to his best friend, Talissa, since 2001 and we have 3 children: Lucas, Emma, and Jackson. Pastor Danny has served as student pastor at churches in Arkansas and Mississippi as well as interning with the Career Adult Ministry at Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis. Pastor Danny truly desires to see people grasp the riches of the grace found in Christ Jesus and to equip the saints for the work of ministry.

Jonathan Cofer: Pastor to Students

Pastor Jonathan joined the staff at CrossPoint in July of 2009. Pastor Jonathan is originally from Conway and is currently attending Central Baptist College. Pastor Jonathan seeks to lead the student ministry of CrossPoint with a passion for teaching students the scripture, a passion for equipping students with truth, and a passion for discipling students in the faith. Pastor Jonathan believes that students can make a life long stand for Christ with the aid of Crossfire Student Ministries.

Mark Cothren: Pastor to Families

Pastor Mark has lived in the central Arkansas area his whole life and loves the natural state – Go Hogs!  Pastor Mark came to CrossPoint in 2006 and served in various areas of ministry during this time. Pastor Mark became the pastor to families in July of 2009.  Pastor Mark and his wife, Renell have been married for over 25 years and enjoy serving the Lord together.  Pastor Mark has two grown children who live in Conway and they also have two wonderful granddaughters. Pastor Mark's passion in ministry is focused on families with an emphasis on men – helping equip them to be the man God desires in every area of life.  His desire is for God to use him to encourage and equip men to lead their families to experience an exciting, authentic relationship with Christ.
